In most cases, yes. We survey the existing cameras, sensors and storage before proposing anything new, and we design the integrated system around what is already present wherever that is technically sound. Where legacy equipment cannot meet the reliability or traceability requirement, we say so plainly and offer a staged replacement path.
A single-room observation installation usually moves from survey to acceptance in a few weeks, depending on equipment lead times. Distributed estates take longer, because the network and archive design must be proven site by site. We publish a schedule after the survey and hold to it, and we report progress at every pass.
